Account Management Executive at Chope are one of the pillars of stability for our business. Since this is a new team, you will report directly to the sales managers, and will be responsible for handling all after-sales matters.
About the role
The role of the Account Management Executive is to assist in the onboarding of new clients contractual amp; marketing tasks related to account management. In short, end to end servicing of our restaurant partners to not just provide value, but also generate revenue by looking to up sell products/services, form deeper, meaningful networks, and have the client renew in a timely manner.
