Working in a highly entrepreneurial environment and while reporting to the Senior Manarketing Manager you will focus on helping the team achieve its business objectives through meaningful and impactful marketing initiatives. We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated marketeer who will be driving both strategic and tactical initiatives to improve the business. Responsibility
- Drive traffic, customer acquisition, retention and engagement of the yuu e-commerce platform
- Analyze data and present data through reports that meet the KPIs and aid decision making
- With strong sense of data to drive data driven decisions to optimize marketing performance based on insights
- Create marketing content for both above the line (social media, external digital media, print, etc) and below the line (in app)
- Understand the local grocery market, familiar with local competitor landscape, and is well versed in the digital e-commerce market in HK
Requirements
- 5-7 years in performance marketing
- Performance analytical skills in monitoring campaign performance
- Performance marketing experience for ecommerce
- Knowledge of MarTech and its application into digital ecommerce
- Use of RFM segmentation methods and lifecycle mgmt
- Experience in portfolio optimization across channels of budgets 20-50M USD / year
