Position Duties
- Assist in managing our social media platforms, including writing, polish social media posts and blog content.
- Monitor interactions and feedback on social media platforms, responding to user comments and inquiries.
- Aid in writing and preparing marketing materials such as promotional copy, brochures, etc.
- Collect and analyze market data and competitor information to support marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing and updating customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in organizing and participating in marketing events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the team to assist in other marketing tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- Interest in social media platforms and data analysis, with relevant experience preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills, capable of creating engaging content.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Positive and proactive work attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Sensitivity to the Hong Kong market and creativity is a big plus.
Note: This position is a 3-month internship role, with the possibility of extension to a part-time role for candidates who demonstrate good performance.
