About the team

This role is under Brand, Social and Digital Marketing within the Central Marketing function. Led by the VP Brand, Social and Digital Marketing. This team owns brand activities and strategic marketing initiatives amp; campaigns across business verticals. It grows, develop and sustain the yuu brand whilst working closely with key stakeholders.

The Marketing Manager is the PIC of yuu Online Shop branding and marketing activities end-to-end, from ideation through to execution. You will lead and drive O2O marketing initiatives from brand advertising, campaigns, collaborate with retail partners on instore promotions to research.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, strategy and direction to be aligned with yuu Online Shop business objectives and develop effective brand campaigns/integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies to differentiate our brand equity
  • Safeguard the yuu Online Shop brand across business verticals and different markets and maintain high brand standard
  • Leading role in driving overall marketing strategies amp; build effective communications tools to amplify the key value propositions of Online Shop’s offerings
  • Build a holistic approach, through-the-line activities to deliver high performance marketing initiatives and outcomes
  • Analyse the results of brand and campaign tracking and devise ongoing improvement plans to ensure top of mind for target customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management, proactive and efficient in working with multiple internal / external parties

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 8+ years of working experience in Marketing communications, experience in managing branding and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of the grocery or e-commerce industry
  • Good track record of quality campaign ideation, implementation, tracking and measurement
  • Innovative and Creative
  • Strong interpersonal skill, leadership and business acumen
  • Experience in managing different stakeholders, preferably with experience to collaborate with multiple teams
  • Strong understanding on the dynamics of market competition and be able to apply effective marketing strategies to surpass competitors
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken
