The candidate will be responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns for DFI ecommerce platform (Yuu Online Shop). The Marketing Campaigns Manager will build and execute on high-speed continuous campaigns to drive engagement, transactions and user base growth.
He/She will be responsible to lead (end-to-end) all mass and tactical marketing campaigns. Responsible for designing the annual campaign calendar, brainstorming with product purchasing and site optimization teams on campaign themes and promotions
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously optimize online campaigns across the marketing calendar
- Design, build and execute marketing campaigns at high velocity, measuring effect and delivering optimization.
- Manage promotion of campaigns across paid digital channels, including buying media and negotiating contracts
- Work with appointed agencies, product teams and other key stakeholders to develop strategy, manage and execute marketing campaigns across focus on driving the paid media
- Collaborate with design agencies and internal design team to develop and execute all required creatives (from banners to rich media)
- Work directly with media buying agencies on budgeting, media plans and per channel spending distribution
- Ensure consistency across campaigns in creative assets, messaging, and strategy
- Monitor and report campaign efficiency measuring return on marketing spending, reach and meeting of campaign objectives (ROI, CPA targets)
- Develop forecasts and budgets from various paid media channels, acting on optimization decisions quickly
- Monitor competitor campaigns to derive insight and recommendations
Requirements
Job Specifications/Competencies:
- 5+ years’ experience in campaign management for ecommerce or MNO with sizeable digital marketing portfolio
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing paid campaigns for Facebook, AdWords and DV360 is preferred
- Hands-on experience in e-mail marketing, content marketing, campaign management and online advertising
- Hands-on experience in building and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns and leveraging marketing automation technology
- Sufficient knowledge of ad tech space, familiarity with GA360, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI and Tableu is a plus
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, and Javascript and understand how APIs work is preferred
- Comfortable managing projects and timelines; project management knowledge is a plus
- Ability to direct and interact with creative and digital marketing agencies
- Strong managerial skills combined with team player attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of internal stakeholders (product, purchasing, design teams)
