We are seeking a Part-time Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders and vendor payments, as well as assisting with event organization and execution.
What You Will be Doing:
- Process sales orders and update sales reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support account services including marketing materials adaptation and handling customer enquiries
- Assist with event organization and execution, including Medical Event application
- Process vendor payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, health sciences or general science. New grads are welcome. Potential to join our exciting sales track in the future.
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with ERP D365 is an advantage.
- Agile, positive, self-driven individual with a can-do spirit. Customer-oriented and eager to learn.
