Vita Green Health Product Company Limited, a leading retail company with a track record of promoting better health for its customers, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Technology Manager - Sales amp; Marketing to join its team. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing departments, using their technical expertise to develop and implement strategies that will help us continue to grow as a company. Responsibilities
- Lead the business technology team and collaborate with sales amp; marketing team, CRM team to design and implement systems or projects that align with business goals.
- Manage the implementation of marketing and CRM-related projects, including but not limited to data warehouse, omni-chat, and ORCE maintenance and enhancement.
- Evaluate existing processes to determine best practice across our businesses in sales amp; marketing workflow to achieve operational excellence through business process improvement and sustainable change across our industries
- Lead a team of 2 subordinates and ensure the successful delivery of projects within the given timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with the IT team to define user and technical requirements and ensure successful project implementation.
- Manage vendors and ensure that they deliver quality results.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, and drive to implement the solution
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing / CRM and be knowledge of the whole customer journey
- Experience in managing sales amp; marketing / CRM projects in a functional role.
- Proven experience in data warehouse / omni-chat / ORCE / CRM systems implementation, maintenance and enhancement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team of subordinates and vendors to ensure successful project implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
