Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Key Account Manager and Brand Team to develop a strong business partnership with key accounts, such as retail chains stores
  • Plan, initiate and execute promotions to ensure the sales target in on track
  • Negotiate on trading terms and promotional activities
  • Willing to learn and develop deep understanding in the respective area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
  • Conduct regular reports on sales performance and analyses for management review
  • Regular on site store visits in secure brand visibility, product exposure, availability and identify business opportunity
  • Develop new sales channels and explore new business opportunities to increase sales revenue

Requirements

  • University graduate with at least 3 years of sales or marketing experience in FMCG or beauty industry, preferably in handling key accounts
  • Accountable, outgoing, self-driven and positive attitude with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
