Responsibilities- Understand customers’ needs amp; challenges, propose the right solution from the Damp;B Solution Suite;- Solicit new sales opportunities by both warm calls amp; cold calls and customer meetings to meet the monthly sales target;- Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customer to maximize sales;- Handle customers enquiries amp; objections in a professional manner;- Collaborate with internal resources to provide solutions to maximize customer’s satisfaction- Prepare service proposals amp; agreements;- Keep organized call log amp; update opportunities / sales activities to CRM.Requirements- Associated Degree holder in Business or related discipline with at least 2 years’ or above experience in corporate B2B sales;- Result-oriented, ambitious, self-motivated and have strong will to win;- Ability to engage prospect in conversations to understand their needs amp; challenges;- Good listening, probing, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;- Well-organized, hardworking, and able to work independently under pressure;- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage.All Dun amp; Bradstreet job postings can be found at https://www.dnb.com/about-us/careers-and-people/joblistings.html.
