Customer Care Executive (Part-Time)Ensure our Customers are well taken care of throughout their Zenyum journey through resolving issues, answering enquiries and providing information to cater to our customer needs.You are a fit for this role, if you:- Think creatively about engaging customers in delightful and new ways
- Have previously worked in Customer Service and Experience in a professional capacity (1-2 years)
- Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum’s innovative approach
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability bring both to the table
- Are able to plan, execute and organise tasks effectively
- Know basic written and spoken Cantonese and English
