The successful candidate will sit in the Business Development amp; Services Team and report to Head of Business Development amp; Services. This team’s function is to build and manage relationships with yuu Rewards’ insurance partners and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of the agreed value proposition and benefits to and with the Insurance partners.
Key responsibilities:
Support:
- Support Insurance Partnerships Manager in developing marketing and engagement plans and coordinating activities between yuu rewards and Insurance partners
- Work closely with internal teams to design or improve customer journey and operational flows
- Support Insurance Partnerships Manager / Responsible Officer to ensure we are regulatorily compliant
Partner management:
- Build and manage relationships within partner organisation in various perspectives to drive partner-based initiatives (including alignment of both operational flows and technical support)
- Assist Insurance Partnerships Manager to ensure full and smooth integration of Insurance partners into the programme
Marketing amp; CRM coordination:
- Day to day administration of joint marketing and engagement plans with Insurance partners to deliver towards the agreed roadmap
- Support / facilitate the execution of marketing and CRM initiatives
Insights:
- Ensure successful execution of agreed plans based on pre-agreed measurement and reporting mechanisms with partners
- Support in delivery of insights and execution of plans arising from insights in key business areas
- Assist Insurance Partnerships Manager to identify and realize opportunities to improve partner performance in the programme
Requirements
- University degree
- 2+ years experience in Insurance / financial services industry, with exposure to general and life insurance preferred
- Loyalty and client management / partnerships experience preferred but not essential
- Strong commercial, communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player, proactive, self-motivated and well organized
- Good PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
