The successful candidate will sit in the Business Development amp; Services Team and report to Head of Business Development amp; Services. This team’s function is to build and manage relationships with yuu Rewards’ insurance partners and ensure delivery of the agreed value proposition and benefits to the partners.
This person will work with the team to drive insurance proposition in yuu Rewards, including helping to manage any interactions between the Insurance Authority and the business, and working with partners to deliver their agreed strategic priorities into the programme.
Key responsibilities:
Technical Representative for yuu Rewards insurance agency:
- Act as the qualified insurance technical representative for the yuu Rewards business
- Handle insurance related tasks which require qualification from Insurance Authority regulatory perspective
Support:
- Develop marketing amp; engagement plans and coordinating activities between yuu Rewards and our insurance partners
- Work closely with internal teams to design and improve customer journey
- Manage across retail banners and coordinate with internal teams
Partner management:
- Help to manage relationships at all levels within partner organisations
- Manage ongoing governance and drive strategic discussion and alignment with insurance partners
Marketing amp; CRM coordination:
- Strategic planning of joint marketing and engagement plans with the partner to deliver towards the agreed roadmap
- Support / facilitate the execution of marketing and CRM initiatives
Insights:
- Work with analytics teams to understand trends in and proactively identify opportunities from partner and our data with an aim to improve partner performance in the programme
- Support in delivery of insights and execution of plans arising from insights in key business areas
Requirements
Requirements:
- University degree
- Qualified for IIQE papers 1 to 3 (or equivalent qualification)
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in insurance / financial services industry, with exposure to general and life insurance
- Loyalty and client management / partnerships experience preferred but not essential
- Strong commercial, communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player, proactive, self-motivated and well organized
- Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered Insurance Partnerships Manager
