yuu Rewards is Hong Kong’s newest, biggest and best rewards club. Launched in July 2020, it has rapidly grown to a membership covering over 50% of the addressable population in Hong Kong. And we continue to grow! The yuu Rewards team is highly energetic and motivated to do the best for our members and partners and we’re always looking out for likeminded individuals to join us on our exciting growth journey.

The successful candidate will sit in the Business Development amp; Services Team and report to Head of Business Development amp; Services. This team’s function is to build and manage relationships with new yuu Rewards’ partners in the service sector and ensure seamless integration of the partners into the programme, and delivery of the agreed value proposition and benefits to the partners.

The position requires high engagement with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and operationalize the customer journey, realize the agreed objectives and strategic priorities as agreed with the partners, and deliver the subsequent execution of marketing programmes.


Key responsibilities:

Support:

  • Take on the project management role to ensure full and smooth integration of new partners into the programme, including working closely with internal teams to design customer journey and align operational flows and technical support
  • Support Head of Business Development and Services in developing marketing amp; engagement plans and coordinating activities between yuu Rewards and the new partners
  • Manage across retail banners and coordinate with internal teams

Partner management:

  • Build and manage relationships with partners in various perspectives to drive partner-centric initiatives
  • Ongoing governance and strategic coordination with partners

Marketing amp; CRM coordination:

  • Strategic planning of joint marketing and engagement plans with the partners to deliver towards the agreed roadmap
  • Support / facilitate the execution of marketing and CRM initiatives

Insights:

  • Identify and align parameters of success with new partners and keep track of results based on pre-agreed measurement and reporting mechanisms
  • Work with analytics teams to understand trends in partner data
  • Support in delivery of insights and execution of plans arising from insights in key business areas
  • Assist Head of Business Development and Services to identify and realize opportunities to improve partner performance in the programme

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in client management roles in a marketing related function
  • Loyalty and partnerships experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong project management, commercial, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong team player, proactive, self-motivated and well organized
  • Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
