About the role

Customer Care Agent English and Chinese Speaking
Full time
6 months Fixed-term Contract
Hong Kong based (fully remote)
Reports to Senior Customer amp; Partner Experience Manager APAC

We're looking for enthusiastic people who love to learn and innovate so we'd love to hear from you if you have/are:

What will you be helping us to do:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via English (WhatsApp) and Chinese (WeChat) messaging mobile applications and other social media platforms (e.g. Little Red Book)
  • Resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs
  • Assist to encourage customer purchase of company’s pass products
  • Assist to encourage customer post-usage reviews on social media channels (e.g. Google / Little Red Book)
  • Assist to reduce customer refund requests by resolving customer issues diligently
  • Detail all customer information and enquiries systematically to help build database for future usage
  • Other tasks as delegated by Snr Customer amp; Partner Experience Manager (but within scope of role and responsibilities)

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Passionate about travel and prioritizing customer’s satisfaction
  • Good team member and excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Essential language competencies in English and Chinese (compulsory)
  • 5-day work week, with work on one of the weekends required
