About the Role
We are looking for a passionate talent with good analytics skills to join our team. In this role, you will work in the product proposition team, engaging with external partners to examine the opportunity and their requirements, and capture the opportunity by reengineering our operation and system design.
What you need to do
- Work with Partnership Team to follow through the business opportunity with different external partners (largely in China), responsible for understanding their requirements and capturing the opportunity
- Effectively communicate with partners and follow through on the action items with internal and external stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes
- Effectively propose and implement business flow that aligns with the operation and system design in the consideration of feasibility and scalability
- Work with different stakeholders in delivering business initiated projects in a timely and quality manner
- Participate in system integration test and user acceptance test, preparation of operation flow
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology and related disciplines
- Strong interest in E-commerce and Fintech, a vision to develop a Product
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, able to listen and work independently
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Banking/ Finance/ Fintech
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Target, result-oriented, team player and detail-minded
- Good command of spoken/written English
- Able to speak fluent Mandarin and write Simplified Chinese, IANG Welcomed
- Recent graduates passionate about Fintech and IANG are welcome to apply
