About the Role
We’re now looking for a charismatic Assistant Bar Manager to join La Favorita, the destination for flamboyant Italian dining at The Sixteenth in Taikoo Place.
As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of running a high-volume, high quality bar operation. You will ensure that the team is well trained and motivated, and is consistently delivering an informed and friendly service experience.
You will also take ownership of all back-of-house duties such as stock take, ordering and budget management.

Duties amp; Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the bar at all times
- Train the team in all aspects of service
- Be the face of the operations
- Deal with any issues that may arise
- Organise staff rosters
- Order, monitor and maintain stock
- Achieve agreed budget by controlling costs and wastage
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Bar Manager
- Possess a passion for cocktail making
- Strong management skills with a positive mindset and friendly image
- Understanding in MS Office
- Enthusiastic when serving guests
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Self-organised and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good business sense and operational, administrative, and social skills
- Passion, determination, and commitment for success in the Famp;B industry
