Accountants Finance Manager - CA

Our Client a Jewellery Company is looking to hire Accountants amp; Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and administer Accounts Department and the team.
• Inventory amp; Accounts Reconciliations including intra group of Companies.
• Day book vouching and Internal Audit on a regular basis.
• Attending and handling of quick queries related to Accounts amp; reports.
• Keep and maintain Investment records at the group level.
• Take care of routine, ad hoc activities.
• Co-ordinate and provide necessary reports and documents to Internal Auditor amp; Statutory Auditor as per auditor requirements and ensure timely completion of Audits.
• Maintained good PRO with all the bankers and ability to communicate and negotiate with the banks.
• Shipping Negotiation and coordination with concern department and Carrier.
• Review and prepare monthly management MIS.
• Monitor and keep necessary legal compliance update in respect of KYC / KYS/ AML etc

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree and self-motivated to lead and handle the department.
• Through knowledge of handling Accounting of Partnership and Ltd Company
• Should be Analytical, detailed Oriented and organized.
• Good Communication skill in English in writing amp; speaking. Native Language Knowledge is desirable.
• Positive, self-motivated, Possess Interpersonal Skills to coordinate between Intra Group of Companies across the globe.
• Computer literate Advance knowledge of MS Office, Power Point. Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software and any other degree related to Accounts amp; Finance would be a plus.
