Job Description

Vita Green Health Product Company Limited, a well-established retail company in the health product industry, is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will help oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and loyalty program initiatives. As a member of Vita Green's innovative corporate technology team, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business operations and identifying opportunities to streamline processes through technology applications.

The preferred candidate will be able to provide technical insight and business strategy to ensure cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders across the organization. The candidate will also work with development teams to specify, document and test features for various software solutions. Responsibilities
  • Act as a project management officer and be able to lead business conversations, gather user requirements and come up with project plan and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather business requirements and provide technical insights on the system design.
  • Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure they meet expectations and deliverables for CRM and other IT projects.
  • Define, document and communicate requirements for new features, reports, and applications.
  • Conduct testing, training and knowledge transfer sessions with end-users to ensure effective adoption of new technologies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity of all customer data and investigate data discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in CRM and loyalty program initiatives in a retail environment.
  • Strong experience with ORCE / Salesforce / Siebel or other common CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights.
  • Ability to develop and document technical requirements and specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
