Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager with us, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, being the main driver for Group Accounting and Controlling. Your mission will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, support financial reporting processes, collaborate with external partners, and contribute to the development of accounting processes and controls according to IFRS.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards on a monthly basis and with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) on a quarterly basis.
• Reconciliation of Global Clearing Accounts: Reconciling global intercompany transactions on a biweekly basis, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting and compliance with transfer pricing regulations. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances promptly.
• Collaboration with BDO and KPMG: Work closely with outsourced bookkeeping partner BDO to support the delivery of managed accounts for the group according to IFRS. Collaborate with auditor KPMG to facilitate the completion of the annual audit within three months after year-end.
• Develop accounting system: Build and continuously improve internal accounting and control systems for all companies within the group. Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions where applicable.
• Treasury Management: Support with *cash flow management, liquidity forecasting, and risk assessment. Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company's cash position and manage currency risk.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles and proven experience with international financial accounting standards (IFRS). Treasury experience is a plus.
• Degree in Finance or similar from a reputable university or college.
• Languages: Business fluent in English.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality with pragmatic solution-finding skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Affinity to Crypto.
