Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy to create new business opportunities and deliver value for the company and its partners.
- Managing sales activities, including customer communication, distribution, and partnerships, to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and projects to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
- Recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of colleagues and junior staff members.
- Assisting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by the company.
- Undertaking any other duties that align with the employee's role, competence, and skills as requested by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably at least 8 years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing in the healthcare, insurance, or life science industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional internal stakeholders and building relationships with senior-level executives.
- Strong interest in Next Generation Sequencing and Oncology topics.
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Resourcefulness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
