Tea Chateau, a leading retail brand is seeking a proactive and talented General Manager to join our team.
Requirements
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan to drive business growth and meet financial targets
- Leading and managing sales team, marketing team and retail staff to ensure operational excellence
- Managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring availability of products for customers
- Identifying and exploring new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the FMCG division
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Monitoring market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments
- Setting and monitoring performance targets for retail operations and individual team members
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Commercial Director
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred
- Prior experience in the start-up environment is highly preferred
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset and ability to think innovatively
