The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic CRM Intern to join our team.
As a CRM Intern, you will work closely with our CRM team to support our customer relationship management initiatives. Your exposures are not limited to conducting data analysis and reporting on customer behavior and trends, collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute CRM campaigns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and identifying the market opportunities for improving our CRM and system deployment processes.
You may also assist to make different marketing research and survey and handling some data analysis project.
Requirements
If you are.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business with Quantitative methods and Data analytics focus is highly preferred or related fields.
- Passionate in the retail or FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Formula using)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work for 2-3 working days
