About the Role

We’re now looking for an energetic Part-Time Junior Cook to join TMK Rap amp; Rolls, the hip-hop inspired branch of our good times temakeria in Wan Chai.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and pasta production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Duties amp; Responsibilities

• Setting up work sections
• Preparing hot and cold dishes
• Supporting your colleagues when needed
• Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all times

Requirements

• Possess a genuine interest in cooking
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
