Manager, Corporate Finance

• Compile various accounting and financial reports
• Ensure accurate and timely of the reconciliation and reports
• Ensure all reports are complied with updated accounting standards
• Ensure all reports are complied with the listing requirements
• Ensure all reports are complied with all kinds of covenants
• Liaise with external auditors and professionals
• Perform daily routine accounting functions when required
• Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines,or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5,with CPA qualification
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience, with experience in working at Big 4 firms is an added advantage
• Candidates with management experience is preferred
• Candidates with listed company is preferred
• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Independent, proactive and attentive to details
• Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
