What are we looking for:
The Blackpanda Cyber Platform is at the heart of what Blackpanda does. It is the technology product which ties together our customers, services, and partners to allow us to deliver value. There are three components of the Blackpanda IR-as-a-Service platform from cybersecurity technology, insurance, and services that all require your help to express in our marketing messaging and story.
Your role will be central to coordinating and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers across our suite of products, ensuring seamless integration and feedback loops between internal teams and the market. Ideal candidates will possess a mix of marketing and/or product management experience, are tech-savvy, and demonstrate a strong ability to understand and articulate product value to both internal stakeholders and customers.

You’ll gain exposure and experience across the entire company stack and learn the various moving parts of the business. Your contributions will have an enormous impact and you will be responsible for key projects and initiatives so some project management experience is useful. This role is great training and a stepping stone for someone looking to move on to higher-level roles in Product, Marketing, Sales, or even as a future founder.Responsibilities and Duties
  • Work closely with the VP Product, Chief Insurance Officer, Directors of Incident Response, Chief Revenue Officer, and the Marketing Director to extract key features from the product, identify their USPs, and help educate Sales and Marketing in messaging and communicating key value propositions and competitive advantages to Marketing and Sales, and planning campaigns, rollouts, and demo to End Users and Partners as well as (train) Sales and Marketing.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure product features are accurately translated into compelling market value propositions.
  • Work closely with the VP of Product and Engineering teams to craft product messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.
  • Organize and lead initiatives to gather product feedback from sales, marketing, and directly from customers to inform product development priorities and strategies.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with product release schedules.
  • Play a pivotal role in training and equipping the Sales team with the necessary product knowledge and materials to effectively sell and demo our products.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product content, including sales collateral, website content, and other marketing materials.
  • Get your hands dirty: dive in and help out draft, propose, author, roadmap, advocate, and help deliver on positive outcomes to move the company, techProd, and sales and marketing forward
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related field, preferably within a technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably Webflow, and creating engaging content for various digital platforms.Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, and an understanding of their use in sales
