Martech Stack Management: Assist Marketing Technology Manager to optimize and innovate the retail and CRM technology stack and processes. Becoming a champion of a business unit to ensure the adoption of seamless consumer journey.
Project Management: Manage technology projects, including project planning, meetings, communication, prototyping, progress tracking, and timely milestone delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with business users, IT and third-party stakeholders, seeking feedback, addressing concerns, and aligning project objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvement, working with stakeholders to define and implement optimized processes.
Documentation and Communication: Create clear, concise documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solution Evaluation: Assess proposed solutions for alignment, compliance, and operational suitability.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and participate in UAT, defining test scenarios, executing tests, and validating system functionality.
Requirements
You'll be a great talent, if you are
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Marking Ops/Business Analyst in the FMCG or Retail industry or 5 years of experience in CRM/marketing area; with solid experience in system implementation/launch/enhancement.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of Retail operations, Loyalty program management, and FMCG/Retail/loyalty program experience, experience in Oracle ORCE/Eloqua/Xstore experience will be an advantage. Loyalty Program or Retail Operation system background either as a User BA or as a Vendor Specialist.
Project Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects, ensuring effective communication, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing complex business problems, gathering requirements, and proposing innovative solutions.
Documentation: Strong documentation skills, creating clear and concise business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
Adaptability: Quick learner, able to grasp new concepts, technologies, and business processes, excellent communication skills
Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate ideas, present findings, and influence stakeholders effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration or a related field.
