Accountant/ Assistant Manager, Reporting

• Compile various accounting and financial reports
• Ensure accurate and timely of the reconciliation and reports
• Prepare and monitor the budget amp; forecast
• Ensure accuracy and timely accounting records in the FlexSystem
• Maintain updated charts of Accounts amp; Analysis Code in FlexSystem
• Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies and internal control
• Liaise with external auditors and professionals
• Handle accounting duties of Directors’ investment in various countries
• Perform daily routine accounting functions when required
• Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner
• Working on different projects, including but not limited to research and study of accounting treatment
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, preferably with CPA qualification, , or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• At least 3 years relevant working experience, with experience in commercial field is an advantage
• Can work well with different parties, both internal and external
• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Independent, proactive and attentive to details
• Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially amp; analytical mind
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available is preferred
