What you will be doing:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on Camp;B administration, payroll, P-fund administration, taxation, insurance renewal etc.
• Assist in annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance management and salary proposal etc.
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review
• Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines
• Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities
• Any other tasks as deem necessary by manager

Requirements

What do you need:

• Bachelor degree in HR Management or related disciplines
• 3-4 years’ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior HR Specialist
• Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese amp; Mandarin)
• Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
