What you will be doing:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties with a focus on Camp;B administration, payroll, P-fund administration, taxation, insurance renewal etc.
- Assist in annual HR projects including manpower planning, budget preparation, performance management and salary proposal etc.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review
- Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines
- Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities
- Any other tasks as deem necessary by manager
Requirements
What do you need:
- Bachelor degree in HR Management or related disciplines
- 3-4 years’ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior HR Specialist
- Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese amp; Mandarin)
- Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.
- Immediately available will be an advantage.
