Seeking a proactive and well-organised Senior Executive to Assistant Manager to join our Product Innovation amp; Development team. In this role, you will be part of our product development process and key of our product development schedules arranger, with a primary focus on our New Product development, existing product enhancement, and some side projects. Your responsibilities will include designing the product development process and workflow, create clear and specific timeline, ensuring adherence to market standards, and ensuring timely delivery.

Project Management:
- Plan and arrange the product development process for health products including but not limited to supplements.
- Design and implement the product development schedule, process and workflow to ensure compliance with market standards and on-time delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Utilize strategic thinking to align project objectives with organizational goals, identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and make informed decisions that optimize project outcomes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage stakeholder relationships, identify their needs, and ensure effective communication to align their expectations with project goals.
Side Projects:
- Coordinate and oversee side projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring to achieve project objectives while balancing resources and priorities.
- Side projects may include corporate projects but not limited to new product development or existing project enhancement.
Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the FMCG.
- PMP certificate holders are preferred.
- Strong in project management, especially for product development.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel to our Tai Po manufacturing site.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Senior Marketing Executive - Product Innovation amp; Development.
