POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Crypto Sales Trader to join our dynamic Markets team. You will be responsible for generating revenue by actively trading cryptocurrencies with institutional clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency markets, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your role will be to focus on client engagement and coverage of our diverse trading products. We’re on the lookout for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive for the results, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in the trading of cryptocurrencies with institutional clients, such as investment firms, hedge funds, and foundations.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, seeking out new business opportunities
- Stay on top of market trends, news, and developments in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Offer insights to clients regarding market conditions, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Ensure best execution of client trades, and maintain a high level of client service
- Work alongside sales, custody, and operations, to offer comprehensive solutions and address client needs.
- Contribute to meeting revenue goals, and performance metrics
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, trades, and transactions.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Some experience or a strong interest crypto trading, or experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
- Experience trading on Centralized Exchanges (CEX) and Decentralized Exchanges (DEX)
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the wider financial markets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market data and understand trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for creating strong client connections
- Familiarity with using trading platforms, order management systems, and other relevant trading software tools is beneficial
- The capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A commitment to integrity and adhering to ethical business standards.
