About the Role

We’re now looking for a cheerful Receptionist to join The Sixteenth, the single address to our collection of four restaurants in Taikoo Place.

You will work alongside a Reception Supervisor and be responsible for welcoming guests, handling bookings, complaints, and guest enquiries in a prompt, efficient, and polite manner.

As a Receptionist, you should also be able to deal with emergencies quickly and gracefully, with full consideration of the floor operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Duties amp; Responsibilities

• Greet and manage guests’ needs to enhance guest satisfaction
• Support the floor team in managing tables efficiently to optimise covers and turns
• Ensure all company standards are met during service
• Set up the reception desk before shifts
• Answer calls for booking and event enquiries

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
• Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
