Job Description
Responsibilities
• To carry out works assigned by our director
• To handle some administration work
• Liaise with some government authorities
• Assist some accounts matters include AP / AR (will be guided by seniors)
• To attend to walk-in customers
• Supervising daily operation records
• Assist to hiring and guide new staff
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
• Poly or higher education
• Good in writing skill
• Good communication skills with guests
• Able to speak English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to work independently, hardworking and responsible
• Minimum 1 years working experience
• Good initiative and with positive working attitude
