What you’ll be doing
Overview
The Operations Director (F&B) will lead multi-site food & beverage operations across Hong Kong, driving operational excellence, margin and efficiency improvements, standardized operating protocols, and analytics-driven performance management. The role reports at an executive level and requires regular travel within the territory.

The Operations Director (F&B) will lead multi-site food & beverage operations across Hong Kong, driving operational excellence, margin and efficiency improvements, standardized operating protocols, and analytics-driven performance management. The role reports at an executive level and requires regular travel within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead district/area and multi-unit F&B operations across Hong Kong.
- Establish, standardize and enforce SOPs and operating protocols for consistent service and quality.
- Implement systems and tools to support operational consistency and performance tracking.
- Own P&L, monitor prime costs and implement cost-control measures.
- Design and execute margin and efficiency engineering initiatives.
- Apply analytics-driven approaches to performance management and reporting.
- Develop contingency and resilience plans to ensure operational continuity.
- Manage and coach leadership teams to deliver organizational performance.

Nice-to-have
- Minimum 8 years senior experience in multi-site F&B or hospitality operations.
- Proven P&L ownership and prime cost control track record.
- Experience in district/area management and multi-unit leadership.
- Skilled in standardizing operating protocols and implementing systems.
- Analytics-driven performance management experience.
- Experience in margin & efficiency engineering and contingency planning.
Nice-to-have
- Professional certifications in food safety, operations, or restaurant management.
