The Role

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall marketing strategy across digital and future retail touchpoints for Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in market across all major platforms and channels, primarily, e-commerce site/apps, loyalty, social media, paid amp; organic marketing, events amp; activations. Reporting into the Assistant Manager, International Brand, you will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Assistant Manager, International Brand to localise global campaigns for the specific markets
  • Contribute to creating and executing engaging and performance-driven campaigns and local market strategy
  • Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and come up with improvements and action points for future campaigns
  • Build and maintaining relationships with local media publishers to drive traffic, build buzz and brand awareness, and radiate LB’s brand story
  • Connect with and maintain relationships with local mavens and influencers to amplify brand awareness for the specific markets
  • Proof-read, manage and contribute to localised copy for diverse marketing distributions (press releases, website material, EDM, social media etc.) and press kits if any.
  • Contribute to liaising and facilitating partnership initiatives for our loyalty program, LBCommunity+, to drive brand awareness, traffic, new customer acquisition and customer retention
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with International Sales partners at LBHQ to create traffic opportunities and International Brand to build brand buzz, awareness and market development
  • Collaborate with Creative, in particular Graphic Design, to develop concepts for thematics and cross-channel campaigns
  • Partner with Growth team to ensure that performance is optimized and ROAS and acquisition targets are met
  • Collaborate with all relevant in-house teams, i.e. Product, Design, Commercial, Retail and IT especially when it comes to new collections, features and process improvements
  • You may be called upon to execute virtual community initiatives (events amp; experiences)
  • You are passionate about generously sharing our culture of confidence and female empowerment in your community
  • Research and monitor key market trends including but not limited to fashion, content, partnership, popular social media platforms.</
