We are looking for a talented Sous Chef focusing on Japanese Cuisine to join us at Honjo, our award winning Modern Japanese restaurant!
Responsibilities- Ensure guests have a memorable experience through producing great dishes
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation in the kitchen
- Ensuring all company standards are met during service
- Oversee and train kitchen team members
Requirements
- Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
- Sense of responsibility for your role
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' chef experience within Japanese cuisine in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- More senior applicants may be considered for Executive Chef positions
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high volume restaurant
- Candidates with experience in the Hong Kong Famp;B market are preferred
