Responsibilities- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs and followed and completed on a timely basis.
- Achieve company objectives in service standards, appearance of the outlet, sanitation and cleanliness
- Training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
- Continually strive to develop staff in all areas
- Recruitment and development of all FOH management team, with oversight of the kitchen in partnership with the Executive Chef
- Monthly forecasts.
- Ensure high quality food and drinks are delivered at all times
- Lead by example to display exceptional memorable experience to all guests
- Review financial reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement
Requirements
- We're looking for a charismatic leader, with at least 2 years of senior management experience
- Positive attitude and proactive with a teamwork mindset
- Service oriented and hands on, a manager who can lead by example
- 5-10 years management experience in fast paced Famp;B outlets, with a passion for exceptional service
- Able to create presentations and be the lead speaker in meetings
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Additional Famp;B related training certificates such as hospitality and hotel management, WSET
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, other languages are an advantage
- The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the Hong Kong Famp;B market
