We are seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our team at The Optimist!
- Ensure guests have a memorable experience through producing great dishes
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation in the kitchen
- Ensuring all company standards are met during service
- Oversee and train kitchen team members
Requirements
- 5 years minimum as Senior Sous Chef in a large international Famp;B hub
- Culinary Diploma preferred
- Strong capability in people management, with previous experience of managing multi-skilled teams across different service periods
- Highly creative yet hands on
- Driven by quality products, using best-in-class ingredients delivered through simple yet exceptional preparation
- Up to date with new and innovative breakfast dishes, with a finger on the pulse of global trends
- A relentlessly positive attitude, showing commitment and a teamwork mindset at all times
- Strong communication skills - fluency in English is a must, other languages are desirable
