We are looking for a talented Instagram growth expert to create head-turning campaigns, visual content and copy for three of our brands: Pici, The Pizza Project and a new brand launching this year!
You will be responsible for championing original ideas that will turn these three brands into social media darlings, keeping guests sticky on our Instagram feed.
These include campaign creation, project and calendar management, and creation of visual and written copy for Stories and Feed Posts.
You will also be responsible for responding to followers both on the feed and on DM’s, trafficking customer service-related queries, requests and issues as required.
You will manage our brands’ social image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing objectives.
As a social media strategist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our brand’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific campaign objectives and report on ROI with actionable insights
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content
- Collaborate with teams internally: marketing, restaurant ops, kitchen
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement socially-driven features and activities to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Stay ahead-of-the-curve on social trends and audience preferences
- Adapt internet popularity waves to on-brand campaigns with agility and panache
Requirements
- Proven work experience creating head-turning social media campaigns
- Hands on experience in content creation and management
- An understanding of design and an obsession with curating a beautiful feed
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
