- Provide end user support on Deskside, Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook
- Perform installation and maintenance for workstation, network equipment
- Responsible for Window Server setup, monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Assist in IT project implementation, as well as ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies
- 2 years of working experience in deskside support
- Holder of MCP/MCTS/CCNA certificate is an advantage
- Knowledge of Windows, O365, M365
- Knowledge of Exchange Server is a plus
- Good communication and problem solving skills
