Network Engineer I (Voice Data)

• Develop technical skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customer
• Develop soft skill to respond to customer’s request and monitor the project progress
• Implement project, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute change, prepare document and provide maintenance support for customer’s infrastructure and system
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products, collaboration solutions and cloud applications etc.
• Perform cross platform system integration amp; end-to-end process automation
• Opportunity in customer-centric digital solutions development

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holders in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• Preferably have associate-level vendor certificate in Cisco, Arista, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet , Juniper and Ruckus or related enterprise-grade network vendor
• Knowledge and experience in switches, routers, wireless equipment, firewall, cloud or collaboration/voice
• A quick learner to explore new technologies and solutions
• A good team player with good communication skills
• More than 1 year relevant working experience in related technologies
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Degree holders with less experience or fresh graduate can apply for Assistant Engineer
