Service Delivery Manager

• Detailed designed and implementation of computing, network, and security environment.
• Collaboration with enterprise infrastructure, network, and security teams
• Oversight of technical buildout and integrations.
• Provides leadership to different teams, vendor technical resources and incident handling.
• Assists with setup and management of test, development and productions environments.
• Advice of the preventive measures, enhancement and mitigation to fulfill customer expectations
• Responsible for risk management and assessment of project and solution.
• Manage the customer expectations throughout the process and drive critical decisions.
• Work with PM on suggested work assignments and leading team from design to product closing.
• Work with software vendors as needed to coordinate software deliveries, drive/ conduct root cause analysis on bugs, provide / clarify detailed information on defects, etc.
• Serve as liaison to other teams involved in the project, coordinating integration work.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience working with high level design and solution architectures.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Networking, System and related technology.
• Familiarity with security considerations.
• Solid background in business operations, project management and risk management.
• Proven experience in functional and technical architecture, design and development, testing, and system integration.
• Experience developing detailed designs and solutions from Business driven requirements.
• Strong written communication skills and presentation skills.
