- Provide hotline support services in Digital Operations Center (DOC)
- Manage change request and service desk activity
- Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting to assure network reliability
- Carry out service provisioning, fault isolation, and reports preparation
- Shift duty is required
Requirements
- Diploma, Higher Diploma or degree in IT/Telecom related discipline
- 0 - 2 year experience in IT industry
- Knowledge in IP networking
- Basic WAN and LAN troubleshooting/problem determination skills is an advantage but not essential
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Applicant with less experience or Form 5 background can be considered as Assistant Service Engineer
