Systems Engineer
Macroview Telecom Limited, Hong Kong

• Develop technical skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customer
• Provide technical support and trouble shooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products, virtualized computing system and operations support system, etc.
• Implement project, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute change, prepare document and provide maintenance support for customer’s infrastructure and system.
• Develop soft skill to respond to customer’s request and monitor the project progress

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree holders in Computer Science or other Engineering related disciplines
• 1 year relevant working experience would be an advantage

• Experience on Linux/Windows platform is preferable but not a must

• Knowledge of Basic Networking

• On-the-job training will be provided

• Good working attitute with strong problem solving, communication amp; inter-personal skill

• Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience will also be considered as Engineer Trainee
