Job Duties:

  • Co-ordinate with Finance share service centre (located in Malaysia) and perform for the below duties:

o Process all the invoices, day to day transactions, Employees claim and customer collections via SAP/Esker, Receivable/Payable system.

o Process inter-company/related Parties recharges and reconciliations

o Process all the daily banking’s vouchers, payments requisition via internet banking system

o To ensure that all the entries are complete, accurate and comply with company policies

  • Counter Inventory management and stock reconciliation
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting systems.
  • To Prepare month-end account reconciliations ( Bank, Accounts receivable/payable balance , accrual, fixed asset and prepaid accounts)
  • Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure that all the payments are up to date
  • Follow up proactively with debtors on overdue invoices
  • Assist in accounting and internal system development and implementation
  • Assistant Accounting Manager on ad hoc projects


  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ experience in accounting
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to meet changing needs
  • Detailed minded, positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Mature, self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office with solid excel worksheet skills
  • Experience in SAP/Esker is an advantage
  • Immediate available preferred
