Principal Accountabilities:

  • Translate, prepare and develop training material as per HQ guideline
  • Conduct classroom training / seminar to support the brand in Hong Kong and Macau for department store counters, chain store, and office team
  • Conduct on-the-job training to department store frontline staff to ensure they deliver the brand required service standard
  • Develop sales programe with Retail Operations Manager to ensure BA productivity to meet budget financial KPI
  • Develop CRM programe with Marketing Team to enhance customer recruitment and retention programme support in department store counters.
  • Provide regular training and follow up reports to HQ

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • 5 years of working experience in beauty industry focusing on frontline training
  • Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
