• 12 month on-the-job training learning investment strategies under an experienced PM
• Risk management of Trade
• Assisting the Portfolio Manager with various tasks
• Generating and executing new strategies
• Eventually, generating profit in your book under the supervision of Portfolio Manager
• Absorption into a permanent role will depend on performance in the program, evaluated usually over 12 months

• 1-3 years Financial markets systematic/quant trading experience
• Advanced quantitative and programming skills
• Ability to work in a highly cooperative environment but can still think and work independently
• Entrepreneurial risk taker
• Strong demonstrated interest and judgement in financial markets
• Ability to react calmly and quickly in a trading environment
• Mental discipline and ability to solve problems under pressure
• Learns new concepts quickly
• Maintains integrity at all times
• Will dig in and be self-motivated and self-directed in personal growth and learning
• Can adapt to changing situations with ease
• Capable of maintaining focus with a strong drive for success
• Can communicate effectively while under pressure

Compensation

• Fixed Total Comp of US$125,000 (US$80k base and 45k bonus)
• Relocation Allowance (one-time, on joining): US$10,000 to cover flights, temporary housing and other costs
