At the same time, we have ambition to build an international brand by establishingan even more global presence.Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as Assistant Regional Tax Manager, based in Hong Kong to oversee the countries finance team across the world.In this role, you will interact with thelocal region and countries to ensure local tax compliance and handle tax forecast for the group. This means you will not only ensure tax standards are complied, you will also provide strategic guidance by identifying opportunities to add value to the business through tax strategies.What you'll do:- Statutory compliance: Ensure all statutory compliance are meet for each market
- Control enhancement: Enhance overall tax control (including indirect taxes and corporate tax) of the group
- Local cities liaison: Work with local cities to solve any issues/matters
- Ad-hoc: Perform ad-hoc projects as needed
What we seek:- Minimum 6 years experience in tax function
- At least a degree in Taxation/Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting amp; Finance (ie ACCA, CPA)
- Good communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills and with analytical mindset
- Solid knowledge and experience in indirect taxes, transfer pricing and tax accounting especially SEA markets.
- Positive attitude and strong business acumen
- Sound understanding on logistics / O2O business models is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
