Due to the rapid growth in volume of our business coverage - we are looking for PMO Analyst to embed project management frameworks into our processes! You will work closely with our Scrum Master amp; other engineering managers to plan, track and ensure quality amp; timely project completion.What you will be doing:- Collaborate and organise company resources, ensure teams working efficiently
- Manage project from end to end include planning, risk management, progress tracking and project quality
- Organise and host meetings in different stage of projects
- Define and promote framework or protocol for team collaboration
- Maintain and log program risk, generate reports for leadership decision
What you will need:- Educational background in computer science or computer engineering in preferred
- 1 years of experience with O2O industry(preferred) with at least 3+ year in project management
- Strong experience in the use of different tools to aid program management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in PMP/ ACP is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
