About the role

• draft and review agreements (SaaS, licensing agreements, service agreements, employment agreements etc.)
• assist with general commercial or general corporate matters
• review product requirements document, identify legal issues and draft terms and conditions
• assist in preparing license applications worldwide
• manage and liaise with external counsels and service providers

Requirements

• Hong Kong or commonwealth qualified solicitor with 3 years PQE
• Dynamic personality and team player, able to be flexible and adaptable in a fast past environment
• Understanding in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Able to multi-task effectively, strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
• Proactive, pleasant, team player, with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Immediately available preferred
