We are looking for a versatile and highly motivated individual with extensive sales operations experience to join our Corporate Solutions team to transform our sales process and tools used by our business development teams.What you’ll do:
  • You will be responsible for providing technical support to API customers throughout their onboarding journey - working with customers’ technical teams to successfully integrate with and test Lalamove’s API.
  • Devise a formal onboarding process that best suits customers needs, working with the product team on suggestions how to improve the onboarding experience for customers with the objective of driving self-service as far as possible.
  • Maintain a selection of best practice and advice to support customers to develop an API Developer community and creation of Third Party Libraries.
  • Evaluation of API documentation for select partners.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on API and proactively sharing feedback within the organisation for continuous improvement.


What you’ll need:
  • Excellent communication and writing skills and be comfortable providing excellent support to customers
  • Fluency in English is required. Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience with JSON amp; RESTful API is key.
  • 2 years of development experience in Java/PHP/Python/C# - advantage.
  • Prior experience in supporting API integrations will be a major advantage.
  • Experienced in SOA amp; Web Services
  • Knowledge of SOAP / XML / XSLT
  • Familiarity with Security (include SAML/OAuth)
  • Ability to conduct POC with customers
